The presentation will be focused on comparison and practical experience with offshore projects management in indifferent environments (cultural, technical, different maturity levels) and different levels of project management.

It includes management under strict conditions of life critical and mission critical applications development, where agile best practices are in reality successfully applied as well. It includes range of teams working in smaller operations (up to 30 people) up to companies having more than 30 thousands employees.

I will show differences in project planning with standard tools and with applying best practices, including approaches for testing and project management. I will also show practical examples how a company can shift from almost no project development practices to the agile ones within few days just because of need for external cooperation with outsourcing teams.

Great differences can be also seen in cultural differences and acceptation of agile practices in USA and Europe, including Holland, Czech Republic, Germany and UK. Training practices will be also shown.
