A lot of projects has problems with the integration of changes, with too poor or too late feed-back and with the software delivering on time and meeting the required quality.
Continuous Delivery as an agile practice aims on the efficient development achieved by a maximum automatization of all the obtrusive operations (testing, deployment) and a quick feed-back. The goal is also the easiest and the fastest new software versions delivery to the customer.
And we will take a look at, step-by-step, how to achieve that.
