Eliyahu’s Theory of Constraints is a very pragmatical framework for removing bottlenecks in an organisation and making it lean.
This interactive role-based workshop will bring the participants into a development department where they will experience the inefficiencies of the development process and will learn to identify the bottlenecks and resolve them using lean principles and the theory of constraints.
The workshop will balance theoretical explanation and practical application, with space reserved for the transfer of the learning to the day-to-day scenarios.

Pierluigi Pugliese started hacking code so long ago that he cannot remember exactly when anymore. He worked many years in the mobile telecommunication business, both as programmer and as a team leader, providing software for several mobile phones of known brands.
Currently he works as a consultant for software organizations and coach for individuals and teams, focusing on software development and software processes, helping them implementing sound and agile solutions.
