📣 YOUR SLIDES

We need your slides in advance, even if you're presenting from your computer.

Please send us your presentation along with a few extra details about your talk by 17 May using this form.

Submitting on time helps us:

Review individual information and test close to 100 decks

Catch any formatting or technical issues

Avoid surprises and ensure everything runs smoothly on stage

It really makes a difference — thank you! 🙏

🤔 What's with the deadline?
We know deadlines aren’t fun. But meeting this one genuinely helps everyone — from attendees and production crew to even someone like you.

Production team checks audio and video play properly — we’ve had weird codec issues before

Fonts and assets need to display correctly – we’ve had angry brand police in the past

May is packed with events — the external tech crew needs time to juggle multiple conferences

Our core team is small — and in the days leading up to the event, we’re busy physically building the venue: setting up stages, networks, signage and more

We also do this for our own sake, to be honest. With so few of us, we do our best to be prepared and organised, and a dozen last-minute submissions the day or two before the conference is such a hard thing to manage. It’s been extremely difficult on a personal level in the past, so I hope this explains a bit.

📢 HELP US PROMOTE YOUR TALK

We want people to know you're speaking at WebExpo, and the best way to make that happen is together.

We’ve prepared a set of custom visuals for your talk:

We’ve been actively promoting sessions across our channels

Your voice helps build excitement and reach more people

Graphics

Anything you share, even just a short post, helps

Tag @WebExpo (we’re everywhere we can be)

We’ll engage with it and help amplify your message

Thanks for spreading the word — we can’t wait to see you on stage!

Prefer not to be recorded? Let us know in the slide submission form

We can also record your talk privately first and you can decide later if it’s okay to publish

✍️ Please sign the consent for personal data processing.

😌 Accessibility tips

Speak at a steady pace — many of our attendees aren’t native English speakers and some may have accessibility needs. They’ll also be taking in a lot of information throughout the day

Design your slides with clear contrast, readable text, and comfortable spacing — it benefits everyone, even those in the back row

For more, see our Accessibility Guidelines.
