Single-page applications

• What is the talk about?

  Jakub: I'll tell you the story about why I became interested in single-page applications and show the difference between a traditional and new way of web development using examples from real life.

• Who is it for?

  Jakub: My talk is for anyone who is interested in developing applications and want to know a completely different way of web development.

• What will the audience get from it?

  Jakub: After my presentation, people will be able to begin developing applications entirely differently, saving a lot of time and money. So they can become millionaires and then spend the rest of their lives on a beach somewhere drinking Cuba Libre, or whatever they like...

• What do you presently work at?

  Jakub: I'm working on a project at JakSeLibime.cz right now. It's an application that researches human attractiveness. Another interesting project that I've been involved with is Lingano.com, a new way of learning foreign languages. Both projects are built as single-page applications, of course!

• Which of your existing achievements do you value the most?

  Jakub: My greatest achievement is that I am free to work on what I want, when I want and with whom I want.

• What would you like to achieve?

  Jakub: TBD

• What do you look forward to at the WebExpo?

  Jakub: People, food (and drinks).
