The message thread will increasingly replace the not-so-interactive web for everything from saying hello to your friend to finding and buying a house. ML, bots, and AI will feed this transformation from pages to threads, but they’re only a facilitator to a larger sea change that’s happening related to how people manage their time, attention, and decision making. Messaging design and technology is just at the beginning of this shift.

Most recently, Benjamin lead the redesign the Ubuntu mobile and desktop platforms, Scope services and payment platforms as Head of Apps and Platform.
