Our vision in LMC is to multiply the user basis several times until 2020 and to double turnover. Therefore, we are investing in innovation for almost two years. But it is a mixture of all kinds of emotions: from excitement, low-cost validation and ASAP implementation to the complaints and frustration. Using examples such as Easytask.cz or Workio.cz, I 'll show you what happened to us , what we have learned, what we can not yet even how much this circus costs . The lecture is intended for those of you who are responsible for shifting things in your companies and fighting it as we do. Of course I will not forget to mention the best of Innovation Management Yearbook 2016 , which summarizes everything important to me in the area of innovations.
