The design sprint is a structured, collaborative problem-solving method, developed by Google, that helps teams answer critical business questions in just a few days. During a design sprint, the product stakeholders work together under a very tight schedule to brainstorm, prototype and validate possible solutions with real users.
The method is super effective for startup teams or large enterprises and can be applied during almost any stage of the product lifecycle. In this talk, Dana will share her experience and practical DOs and DONTs from running design sprints for over a year.
