Peter, in his third year at Heureka, is one of the best examples of the right path to a position - from software developer to Scrum Master, he’s now firmly fixed as the Agile Coach of development at the company. When he’s not busy in his role as “problem solver” and “happiness manager” of @HeurekaDevs, he devotes his time to floorball, primarily now as a judge of national competitions. He also occasionally helps smaller companies to steer their own Agile efforts in the right direction.

Vítek has been a proud member of @HeurekaDevs for six years. He lives for what he does, and the only thing that puts him in a bad mood is enforcing “strict” principles, even when it comes to writing and solving code (and that time he broke his hip at a team building). Vítek has gotten into shooting videos with the help of drones —in his free time he directs and edits everything that he manages to catch on his film around Liberec.
