We decided to test the assumption that the only thing limiting you in building with LEGO is your imagination. How far can you go, and how far did we have to go, when building the Bugatti Chiron replica? In other words, this is the story behind the first LEGO car that actually drives under LEGO power, using over one million bricks and 2304 LEGO motors.

Lubor Zelinka is a 3D computer graphics artist and designer, with a soft spot for all things mechanical, and cars in particular. He’s been working with LEGO’s Czech Model Production branchs for over five years, designing brick-built models for clients all over the globe. He also teaches 3D graphics at film school in Písek, a connection to his past career in movie making industry.
