Multi Kubernetes Clusters - A lot of speed for a little cost

FRI 20.9.
14:00 - 14:40
Lucerna Cinema

When you operate a worldwide service from one central data center, you do fight against the laws of physics. And you will lose - or rather your users from the opposite side of the Earth will. They will keep waiting way too long for your data, and their experience from using your websites and apps will be far from comfortable.

We want to deliver our live results to the sports fans in New York or Sydney as fast as our Czech users can see them so we had to find a solution to this problem. In my speech, I will tell you how we monitor this situation, what we have tried in order to speed up our service, and I will also show you the solution we have come to (without skipping the "dead end" parts of our efforts).
