When it comes to creating a product, as the old saying goes, “It’s better to aim for the stars and miss than to aim for a pile of manure and hit it”. This adage raises several questions: How do you set product goals correctly? Is this rule always true, and what should you do when you’re not sure where you’re going?



In the world of product management, defining product goals is the key to success. But sometimes determining the optimal direction can be challenging.
