Most of the agile talks are focused inside to the teams, describing how to start agile, be more efficient or trying to find out how to sell the agile approach to the customer.
However we found interesting to set up panel discussion of experienced managers and have an opportunity to discuss with the audience the alignment of agile methods with the corporate structures and company culture as this is the third obstacle you may find starting agile.
At the end of the the discussion we are pleased to announce the winner of the competition supported by ScrumDesk. We are playing for 10 free licenses of ScrumDesk and Playing Poker Cards.
