The Web API and UX team of Česká Spořitelna is bringing a unique opportunity to WebExpo to learn about and get an in-depth look at banking systems, which are not yet available in Czech Republic. Join us on Sunday September 20 at Foyer of Kino Světozor and see for yourself what is possible with the implementation of an open banking API. What are the benefits for developers and representatives of the business world? How are they developing in reaction to a banking API and what do you need to do in order to take full advantage of it? Share and submit your feedback to their Developer Experience Research! There will also be a series of lectures and speed hackathons, hosted by the digital-punk innovators from the Česká Spořitelna team.

Nik has been designing websites and interfaces in San Francisco and Prague since the early 90s. As a result, he’s witnessed how the role of design has gradually changed. Designers are no longer simply tasked with making interfaces for ordinary people. The main goal nowadays is not only to create a beautiful and engaging interface, but more importantly, an interface that supports business objectives.
Today, Nik is the Head of Experience Design at Česká Spořitelna, where he promotes the philosophy that experience design is the art of turning a casual visitor into a regular and happy customer.

Honza Sechovec is an innovation evangelist at Česká Spořitelna. During his more than 15 years of experience in IT, he’s held various positions in the Czech Army and NATO. His background ranges from designing and running large data networks to mobile application development and IT innovation.
