Zdeněk Pilz has been active in IT since the nineties. He began his career at Software602, eventually moving to IBM Czech Republic, where he spent almost 4 years. After IBM, Zdeněk spent 12 years at Sun Microsystems and became the General Director for the Czech Republic in 2004. He was responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of his branch into Oracle Czech after Sun Microsystems was acquired by Oracle and established new business processes for the sale of complex software and hardware solutions. Afterwards, Zdeněk worked as the CEO of Arbes Technologies for a short time before becoming the General Director for the Czech Republic & Slovakia at Fujitsu on 1 January 2015.
An avid reader, a music and travel adventurer, a psychologist, and an HR consultant. Martin Ruman is in charge of training companies for Odyssey Network and responsible for making waves in the HR pond for his work with Hnutí zaHRádkářů. He is the co-founder of Test Center CZ, which focuses on cutting-edge online psychodiagnostics, and he enjoys co-organizing conferences for the movement Svoboda NaŽivo. He is also a contributor to the gastro-educative experiment, Světová jídelna. Martin studied psychology at Charles University, completed internships in both the U.S. and Finland, and is also trained in Gestalt psychotherapy. Since 2003, he’s been developing a holistic approach to meaningful corporate training with his colleagues at Odyssey.
Marián Škvarek is a founder of EASYCORE, a dynamic software startup based in Prague that aims to revolutionarize real estate market. Marian has background in theoretical computer science but dropped out from university in 2012 to start a company which has grown from idea to 40 customers in 7 countries and 20 team members since then and keeps growing at 200% YoY pace. Marian's key specialty is listening to people and transforming their problems into software solutions.
Manager and consultant with over a decade of experience and numerous completed projects in development and education in IT. She has worked in companies Elephant Orchestra and Logos, currently responsible for managing the work with people in the company Ness Technologies in the CEE region. Co-founded the School of Online Business, iCollege.
