The world is changing at a crazy pace. Every year, we have a new technology, a new tool every month, and every week, we are changing our processes to survive the hustle and bustle. But many of us like certainty and predictability, and try to avoid the chaos of this impetuous world. So how can you keep your organization up to date? How can you incite the desire to change in people? How do you set the atmosphere at work so that new things are not obstacles, but opportunities? I will answer all these questions practically based on my experience in an international cooperation, many years of freelancing, as well as my work at a bleeding-edge startup.
After finishing Czech Technical University with short intermezzo at University of Gent in Belgium, David joined Procter&Gamble Czech Republic as a process engineer working on improving processes of automated packing lines. Few years later he left corporate world to focus on his passion – graphic design and freelance software project management. With friends he founded team called Synergic specialising on high-quality web software development. Synergic soon after evolved into VisionApps, software development start-up based in Prague.
Currently he leads projects, works closely with development and design team, teaches web design and in his free time leads scout contingents onto world events like the Jamboree in the United States in 2019.
