Create a chatbot is easy, create a good one is hard. Our chatbot is in front of Kiwi.com customer support handling thousands of chats 24/7 and there is no space for "Sorry - I did not understand your request. Try again?".

We didn't realize how complicated this can be and failed with our estimations. I'll show you how we completely reworked the flow, implemented Redux for the backend code and made it serverless on AWS.

Martin used to be PHP programmer but he decided to change the JS world and now he rocks at Kiwi.com. He found his love in serverless technologies, GraphQL, ES2017, and NodeJS. Currently, his main job is to create chatbot with artificial intelligence.
