The secret to for a great product is creating a full end to end experience. Service Design helps us research, understand and design on point experience in every touch point. Sounds great, isn't it? But in a fast paced startup, it seems like everything is pushed to the next sprint...
In this talk Shani will speak about how we can implement Service Design even when we have little time and resources, and how to find opportunities to bring the rest of the organization on board.

Shani Brusilovsky

Head of Design @ Diagnostic Robotics

Shani is the Head of Design & UX team in Diagnostic Robotics, a startup that develops an autonomous, AI-powered diagnostic system for healthcare organizations.

She is passionate about exploring the intersection of design, technology and social impact. She believes that designers should (and must) focus on solving world problems, and that human centered design methodologies and state of mind should be an integral part of every team’s day to day, not just the design team.

Before joining Diagnostic Robotics, Shani lead the design at MobileODT, a medical device startup focused on women’s health, working both in low and high resource settings. She has substantial experience in working with both startups and global companies on UX & Service design projects.
