  • What is it about?

Jiří: Couple of high quality devs sat in the room. All of them had extraordinary intellect.

All of them pushed theirselves to reach targets. Compelling IT tasks. I was there controlling them and doing research.

Result is 1-2-3-step way how to be the best developer in your surrounding. It is not simple. It will force you to be clever, to have drive, to put time into, but result is guaranteed.

Attendand will be able to recognize good framework from bad one. He/She will be find a way how to reach outstanding results and will be tens of percents more productive than others.

  • What will the visitors get from it?

Jiří: 3 simple things which will change their lives
    1) how to be the best dev in their arounding
    2) which frameworks they should learn and which they shoudl ignore
    3) how source codes look like in differend frameworks and how will they love the work they will commit

  • For whom it is?

Jiří: Mostly webdevs. Some of the information will be useful for any other developers and IT managers.

  • What do I presently work at?

Jiří: 1) I grow up my software company Sprint Masters where we lecture IT management, web makerting and programming and develop pharmacist software
    2) I am Lead Engineer in Adato Paradigma, nonprofit startup, where we build social network for people who want to help each other without money

    5) I help corporations like Česke Radiokomunikace, Škoda Auto, LMC, AVG, Avast, ESET or younger companies like LiveSports and SocialBakers to be better in the market.

And of course I teach Scrum, GTD and testing in PHP.

  • Which of my existing achievements do I value the most?

Jiří: On thing! Being able to predict most important technologies and topics of my age. I outrunned others in topics including frameworks, agile management, lean management, GTD for years and I was prepared to help when time came and lots of companies needed help in given field.

  • What would I like to achieve?

Jiří: Travel around the world six times and see all countries in the world. This year I have 8 countries in 3 continents.
