What is it about?

Jiří: The freedom at entrepreneurship is a dream idol for someone, but for someone else it's just the topic of discussions within their anarchistic society or the bogeyman eventually. For our company it is something that mathes our vision on how to do things right. So we try to establish it as the (non) managerial model.

And right about this experience I'm going to talk. I'll show you some observations of the free thoughts compatibility and the internet market.
What will the visitors get from it?

Jiří: If the topic is interesting, they will bear a few notions that we have gianed costly by experimenting. It's not so many answers but the more questions to think about.

And, at least, it's gonna be fun. And that's much :)
For whom it is?

Jiří: For people who like Tomáš Hajzler's thoughts. For active team members who introduce the principles of the freedom at work into their company, or they're at least thinking of. And for everyone who doesn't mind thinking of how the internet market works.
What do I presently work at?

Jiří: We try to make the internet consultancy company with my coleagues, that can help in long term to everyone who is serious about the online entrepreneurship.
And we want the honest aproach and the very own values to be continual with our parent company - Etnetera. And yet, we want to enjoy it and to feel free.

My main job is creating this group and maintaining it. Searching for people, service definition, looking for paths how to propagate and how to realize it. When there's time left, I like to work with clients and dig through their web sites and data.

Besides I sport, read and enjoy my time with kids and family. I'm never bored.
Which of my existing achievements do I value the most?

Jiří: I've been contributive for 13 years in the company where do work people I value. And I'm still having fun. I'm content with balancing my time among the work, hobbies and the family.

Of course, I'm proud of other projects and ideas I have created. I mean that my reputation between our customers is not the worst.
What would I like to achieve?

Jiří: In the present days is the entrepreneurship overlapped. To search the path how to create long term business to meet the needs of employers, business owners, and customers as well.

And to stay on top of the tide of internet news, not to stop developing. The technology is the key.
What do I look forward to at the WebExpo?

Jiří: For interesting people, new ideas and discussion.
