What is it about?

Michal: About experience with Scrumu implementation shared by all participants: business manager, senior developer and scrum master. As it happens, the perspectives are not the same :-)

What will the visitors get from it?

Michal: - Arguments for themselves and their superiors, why is scrum good
- Introduction to a number of problems in implementing changes and tips on how to avoid or solve them

For whom it is?

Michal: developers and managers

What do I presently work at?

Jan: I'm looking for new opportunities for our clients and new ways pro our products and company. I like UI and UX design and I'm happy from success :-) In Digital Solutions I do managing position and Product Owner for our Scrum team.

Michal: In DigitalSolutions, we do web pages and e-shops. There are some large in-house CRM systems, all in Zend Framework. I maintain real estate API, Java SMS API, and public and in-house Android applications(Free SMS Sender, Share2Jira, apps supporting business).

Jan: Software development and architecture design (Zend Framework and Java), databases (MySQL, CouchDB, etc.), testing and implementation of new technologies. Lead developer and Scrum Master in Digital Solutions ..

Which of my existing achievements do I value the most?

Jan: Foundation of Digital Solutions, where number of great and talented people operates. With unshakable will "be better", together we have turned into a thriving studio software.
I also appreciate we have created the most advanced information system for real estate network in the country but perhaps in the world .. and it is used by largest estate agency in in Czech Republic.

Michal: Better code and productivity of our team. Successful implementation of custom tables jQuery plugin, CouchDB and Zend_Form in private CRM system. Android application with 400,000+ downloads.

Jan: Together, with friends, we used our potential and enthusiasm to create modern, successful and stable IT company.

What would I like to achieve?

Jan: Turn the other products in the "number one" in our market and beyond. I would also get perspective thanks to the cooperation in international projects.

Michal: I want to never loose the power to learn and try new things and become better every day. I dream about an application that will make the world better.

Jan: Design and develop innovative system or application that has the potential to push the boundaries of human and technological possibilities.

What do I look forward to at the WebExpo?

Jan: To become an inspiration for other people. Two days of high quality presentations. Meet new people and even contacts for cooperation.

Michal: I'm looking for great speakers with new content and ability to discuss daily problems with more skilled developers.

Jan: The lectures about technologies and solutions that will motivate me to do things differently, better and cheerful :-)
