What is the talk about?
Adam: I'll briefly introduce what service design is, why does it matter and how it shapes today's managerial landscape.
-
Who is it for?
Adam: The talk is for all who deliver experiences of countless forms, not just products or services. This may include managers, marketers, designers, CEOs but also artists and basically anyone.
-
What will the audience get from it?
Adam: We will discuss process, methods and fundamentals of service design, so the output will be theoretical (how we think about experience) as well as practical (how do make stuff happen).
-
What do you presently work at?
Adam: With a team of great designers and researcher we develop a place where people from public services can come for innovation and inspiration for.
-
Which of your existing achievements do you value the most?
Adam: What I value most is excitement I spurred among many people since we started pushing service design in Czech epublic last year through the first book on the topic and networking events.
-
What would you like to achieve?
Adam: My goal is to push human-centered innovation into people's everyday lives. Or, in short, make life better and more free via great design.
-
What do you look forward to at the WebExpo?
Adam: As always - great folks, new topics and the overall atmosphere of the whole thing.
