The average American has access to more than ten connected devices in their household, with more than two computers and two mobile devices on average. But in a vast world of various platforms, third-party integrations, browsers, OS, and their updates, it’s becoming almost impossible to create a perfect digital experience in digital products. 88% of users are less likely to return to a website after a bad user experience.
