Tomáš Bergl helped found and currently co-manages Outreach’s Prague office. He also holds the position of Director of Engineering.

The American unicorn approached Tomáš to help build a new independent office because of his experience — he has over seven years of development and management experience at Microsoft, where he helped create Skype for Windows 8 and Skype for Web. In particular, he took part in building Microsoft Teams meetings from the very first line of code. As a developer, Tomas also worked at security solutions provider ESET and the team behind one of the world's leading web browsers, Opera ASA.

Jana is a designer of mobile applications and websites. She’s currently working on the project Jobs Round the Corner,  which helps people find new jobs in Czechia and Poland.

She shares knowledge about designing for domestic and foreign markets and how to implement discovery and user research in an agile environment.

For the past few years, she has been helping junior designers start their careers and companies to integrate UX activities into their processes.

Karel is an expert in agile organisation design and large-scale product development. He’s a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org and a passionate software developer. For over 13 years, he has been helping companies of various sizes and industries with their agile transformations, Scrum/LeSS adoptions, and technical excellence. Karel is a proponent of functional programming and a LEGO enthusiast.
