Michal worked for more than 5 years at the strategic marketing agency YYY Agency, where he managed projects for clients like CZC.cz, Direct pojišťovna, Mondelez, and Modrá pyramida. He has been leading the digital team at the National Pedagogical Institute for two years now and recently also became the head of the service design team. His passion is breaking the status quo and finding new ways to do things.

Matěj is an entrepreneur-turned-public servant with a 22-year background in design, digital marketing, and technology. After collaborating with global tech giants, Matěj shifted his focus to the Czech educational system by joining the National Pedagogical Institute. As the Director of Service Innovation and Support, he now leads a team of professionals committed to driving positive change in both education and civil service.
