Today, the life expectancy of a company has dropped to ten years, faced with unstoppable digital transformation and the constant shift in people’s interests and trends. In this talk, Noelle will dive deeper into the reasons behind this phenomenon and the crucial place design holds in this race for business survival, illustrated by Revolut’s practices.

Noelle is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoyed co-founding her two startups. She gained experience at Google and the Local Data Company in the UK before moving to Berlin to work in the HealthTech industry. She built up a design team and a medical AI-based chatbot at Ada Health and then went on to head up product at Medicus AI. Looking for a faster pace and a new challenge, Noelle joined the FinTech industry and today leads customer experience design at Revolut.
