You know Futuristic UI (FUI) even if you’ve never heard the name. It’s the stuff you keep seeing on the screens of the Batmobile, the Death Star, USCSS Nostromo, UNSC Forward Unto Dawn, Sky Towers, and James Bond’s gadgets. It’s over the top, busy, yet feels functional and powerful.
In this talk, Filip will show you what it takes to build FUI apps and games. He’ll cover everything from general design philosophy to the nitty gritty details of programming this kind of UI.

Filip currently creates games at his own company, Raindead. His first game was named one of the "Best of 2021" by TouchArcade and Android Authority.You may remember Filip as a developer relations engineer on the Flutter team at Google. In this role, he specialised in architectural guidance and performance. (He still teaches Flutter when there's time).
