Talk details:
One of the biggest and most prevalent obstacles to bringing the highest customer value is single-speciality people and teams (e.g. an FE team, BE team, UX team, cloud team, etc.). Counterintuitively, the result is overspecialization. In large-scale product development, these teams tend to produce mediocre value at the global level despite working efficiently locally. Why does this happen? And what can you do about it? And what is “multilearning” anyway?
If you’re a CPO, CTO, product manager, or engineering manager, you won’t want to miss this talk.
