Pavlína is a consultant focused on trends in technology and society. She's a lead mentor at Google for Startups in Europe and Africa and various other accelerators. She’s the founder of #HolkyzMarketingu, a female empowerment community that currently unites more than 30,000 marketers. Pavlína is a Google Certified Trainer for Design Thinking and Female Entrepreneurship. Together with Thea Kučerová, she also created Trendspotterky.com, a consulting platform focused on trendspotting, and regularly sends out a newsletter on society and technology.

Thea Kučerová is an Editor in Chief of ELLE Czech Republic and ELLE Decoration. She is a journalist, content marketer, podcaster, and occasional moderator. She came to the media industry from marketing positions in start-ups, led creative teams, and received Fénix Content Marketing Award three years in a row. Right before coming to ELLE, she wrote for almost 5 years for the daily business newspaper Hospodářské noviny and their luxury magazine ProcNe awarded by the European Newspaper Awards. She is a host of a bi-weekly podcast called Trendspotterky, in which she maps – together with Pavlína Louženská – current trends and phenomena and explains them in a societal context.
