Martin is a seasoned tech executive with over 20 years of experience building, growing and transforming engineering teams in the SaaS space. Currently at Make, Martin drives the mission of empowering the non-developers of the world to innovate by building software and automating work through the transformative power of visual no-code and AI. Before moving to the startup scene about 5 years ago, he played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the Microsoft Development Center in Prague. He is passionate about inspiring creativity in people so that they can experience the joy of continuous innovation.
