Workshop summary
In this workshop, you will first acquire a fundament of psychological knowledge, as well as its relevance for the field of User Experience (UX), so you can apply this understanding of humans in the real world. The first workshop day is in the form of a 4h-lecture, in which you will learn all the important bits and pieces from Psychology and Psychotherapy, in a way that builds on top of each other – starting with brains and neurons, up to psychotherapeutic approaches, as well as psychological and clinical research. In the final part, we will systematically look at the relevancy of all this knowledge for each stage of the UX process. This, together with a good night’s sleep will prepare our brains for the next day. The second day is in a fully hands-on workshop setting, in which you will perform activities individually and in a team. In a guided setting, you will systematically undergo a product-/service-development process, from the learning at the beginning, up to an initial prototype. To wrap it up, we will discuss how one could go about testing the prototype(s), but we’ll also have enough time for some questions at the end.
What will the attendees learn?
- Psychology Fundamentals
- Psycho-Therapy Fundamentals
- Experimental Psychology
- Learnings for UX
- Behaviour Analysis
- Design Thinking
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop doesn’t require any preliminary knowledge about UX or Psychology, as it builds a common knowledge fundament from the very beginning. Therefore it is suitable for everyone involved in the early stages of Product/Feature Development, as well as anyone interested in human behaviour and design.
We also offer Ukraine Support Tickets and Student Tickets. Please e-mail us for more information at info@webexpo.net.
