Agentic software isn’t just faster software, it’s a different kind of software entirely. This talk maps eight new categories of software that didn’t exist two years ago: software that does the job instead of helping you, software with judgment, software with no UI, disposable single-purpose apps, software that builds other software, and more — each illustrated with real production examples from the WHO, Metamatics Ventures, and Orchestrary clients. For business people and tech leads, no coding required. You’ll leave with a new map of what’s now buildable.
