Session details

AI agents are only as useful as the context you give them. In this workshop, we’ll work through a practical approach to documenting your codebase so AI can actually follow your patterns — whether you want non-technical teammates to contribute, or your team to prototype faster. We’ll use real examples to make it concrete, including a documented website and a product codebase, and you’ll leave with a clear starting point for applying this to your own project.

What you will learn

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to think about preparing a codebase for AI agents — without getting lost in technical setup or implementation detail. We’ll work through how to create a lightweight design system for your website so AI agents can actually follow your patterns, and how that same thinking applied to a product codebase enables PMs and Designers to prototype with AI. Along the way, you’ll see how the right documentation unlocks contribution from non-technical teammates — designers, marketers, PMs — who previously couldn’t touch the codebase at all. You’ll leave with a clear mental model, real examples to reference, and a simple template you can start applying to your own project straight away.

Who is the workshop for?

Designers, product managers, and business stakeholders who want to make AI tools work reliably across their team — not just for individual power users. No coding required.

What are the attendee requirements?

None — bring a project or product you work on in mind. That’s enough to get started. If you want, bring your computer and agents running while you listen 🙂

How to register for this workshop?

This workshop is included in the conference ticket. The registration is on first come, first served basis (maximum capacity of 50 people).
