Organisational information for conference partners

🗓️ Important deadlines:

  • Please fill out this form by May 15. That will help us to get everything ready for you.
  • Conference booth setup. Tuesday, May 28 (or early May 29 – must be finished by 7am)
  • Conference booth removal. Thursday, May 30 (from 5:00 PM, must be removed by midnight)

🧍🏻BOOTH

Booth setup

The booth can be set up either on Tuesday, May 28 or on Wednesday, May 29 early in the morning. Your booth must be ready by Wednesday, May 29 at 7:00 AM, when we expect the first visitors. Please select your preferred booth preparation time in the form.

Considering the parking situation at the venue, we’ve organised time slots on Tuesday during which your company can arrive and unload your items. Once you complete the form, we will send you a selection of time slots to choose from. Also, let us know in the form if you plan to come with more than one car.

In case you would need to change your selected time slot, please contact me by May 15 and we will come up with an alternative.

Unloading spot

There is an unloading spot for us on Štěpánská Street at the entrance to Passage Lucerna, where you can stay with your car max for 15 minutes. This area is used for unloading and loading only and it is not possible to park there! Please adhere to the agreed arrival time.

Stand requirements

Each booth will have access to 5 electrical sockets. If you need more, please bring your own extension cord. In the form, you’ll select what additional requirements you want to request from our side – e.g. chairs, table, internet connection, …

Your colleagues at the booth

In the form, please fill in the names and email addresses of up to XX of your colleagues who will be solely at your booth. These colleagues do not have access to the conference halls and will receive a badge allowing access only to the Partner Zone (Lucerna Gallery). Eva will hand over the badges to you during booth setup.

Booth disassemble

The booth can be disassembled on Thursday, May 30 from 5:00 PM. All your items must be removed by Thursday. Please be aware of the limited loading area, and note that departure times are not assigned. I suggest packing your items first, preparing them for transport, and arranging for your car pickup to ensure that the loading area will not be blocked for more than 15 minutes.

🪧 ROLLUPS

Based on our partnership agreement, you can place up to {{Number}} roll-ups in the conference halls. 

Please hand over the roll-ups to me when we meet during the booth setup. I’ll take care of their placement. Also, ensure that the roll-ups are packaged and labelled with your company name, as this will speed up the process after the conference.

Roll-ups placed in the conference hall can be retrieved only after the program ends (Thursday at 6:00 PM). Kindly note that the collection of roll-ups may take about an hour before they are returned to you. Any roll-ups left intact will be available for pickup by prior arrangement with Eva at the address U Habrovky 247/11, Prague 4 starting from June 10.

⛳️ CONFERENCE COMPETITION

During the conference, we’ll be hosting our traditional dart game with a rotating dart board located in the Great Hall of Lucerna. If you’re interested in contributing prizes for the competition (such as power banks, thermos mugs, canvas bags, notebooks, etc.), we’d greatly appreciate it. Please let me know and hand over the items when loading up your booth.
