We need to have your slides in advance, even if you plan to present them from your laptop.

Send us your deck via this form, along with more details about your talk until May 18. ❗

In case you make any changes after that date, please let me know. Bring your deck on a flash drive as a backup.

Join us for the speakers’ dinner on Tuesday, May 27 at 5.30 PM at Kavárna Adria, Národní 36, Prague 1. 🙏 Let us know if you come or not till May 15. If so, arrive on time, as there is a planned program for you. Due to capacity reasons and the speaker’s program, unfortunately, we cannot invite any guests.

Pick up your badge either at the Speakers’ dinner or during the conference at the Speakers’ registration – Info Point 1 in Lucerna Great Hall. Besides the badge, you will also receive 2 lunch coupons, which are applicable at the Le Pizze di Frankie, Polífkárna and Bangkok on Wheels food stands, as well as the Dhaba Beas restaurant located in the Lucerna Passage.

Check out the program to find out when and where your talk will be. Come to {{Pre-talk check-in place}} {{Pre-talk check-in date}} to double-check the setup and finish the last-minute preparation before your talk. Preferably use our laptop for your presentation to avoid technical issues. If you must use your own, ensure it is HDMI friendly.

The stage screen is 16:9 resolution (Full HD). You’ll have a timer and an extra screen in front of you to view your deck while facing the audience. Unfortunately, there won’t be a screen with speaker’s notes; if you need them, please let me know and we will solve it.

You’ll wear a headset microphone (please wear clothing for easy microphone receiver attachment) and use a wireless clicker/presenter with a laser pointer for your presentation.

On the stage, there will be a cocktail table with water for your refreshment. See stage photos from previous years.

The moderators will introduce you right before your talk, so there’s no need to create a special slide about yourself. You can discuss with the moderators what you want them to mention.

Instead, we have a dedicated Speakers’ Corner for discussions. If your talk starts on the hour, your Speakers’ Corner session will follow the second talk in your block. e.g. if your talk ends at 10:20 AM and another talk runs until 10:40 AM in the same room, your discussion in the Speakers’ Corner will begin at 10:40 AM. Your assistant will remind you and guide you to the location of your Speakers’ Corner.

Instead, we have a dedicated Speakers’ Corner for discussions. Your discussion will start right after your talk. Your assistant will remind you and guide you to the location of your Speakers’ Corner.

Speak a little slower during your talk to ensure everyone can follow along, especially those with accessibility needs. Also, when designing your slides, keep accessibility in mind. Choosing text colours, backgrounds, and spacing that are easy to read will benefit everyone, even those in the back row. Our attendees (mostly not native English speakers) will be there all day, taking in a lot of information, so making things accessible is a win-win for everyone. We’d like to record and publish your talk on our SlidesLive account, including your slides in the video. If you prefer not to be recorded, let us know in the form. Alternatively, we can record your presentation for your review first before deciding on publishing.

Kindly send us a scanned or photographed copy of the signed document, or you can sign it at the conference venue before your talk.

It’s rumoured that we’re having pretty good parties. So don’t miss out and come join us to chill, meet our attendees or just have fun. 

The After Party – help us end the conference in a legendary way on Terasa Smíchov – Rooftop of OC Nový Smíchov from 6:30 PM. 🎊 This party will be outside as well, so be prepared when it gets chilly.

Warm-Up Party – join us right after the speakers’ dinner to enjoy the breathtaking views from the top of Lucerna Palace, where the Apify office is. 🚀 

Wednesday Party – come to discuss your favourite first-day highlights to Radlická Kulturní Sportovna from 6:30 PM. ⛱️ The party will be in an outdoor area, so keep in mind to bring a warm sweater in case it gets chilly.
