AI adoption isn’t failing because of the technology. It is failing because of the people.
Drawing on insights from training over 14,000 professionals across CEE, from banking executives to startup founders, Senta has uncovered a surprising pattern: when asked to compare AI to an animal, people reveal their true relationship with the technology far more honestly than any survey.
From that insight comes a practical leadership framework: the Six Tribes of AI Users. Instead of the usual “users vs. non-users” split, the model identifies six behavioural archetypes, from Fossils and Defenders to Practitioners, Rockets, and the rare Octopuses who treat AI as a genuine strategic partner.
You will leave with a map of AI behaviour inside your organisation, tools to identify which tribe your teammates belong to, how to grow internal AI ambassadors, and how to guide people through the “adoption valley,” where early adopters face more work before the payoff arrives.
