Kateřina is an Executive Creative Director at the advertising agency Zaraguza. Her clients include brands such as Škoda Auto, Porsche, Burger King, and Kozel. She has received numerous Czech and international awards, including Cannes Young Lions, the Grand Prix at ADC Czech Awards, and the Euro Effie. Additionally, she is a lecturer at Tomáš Baťa University, where she teaches integrated marketing communication. Outside of advertising, she is a sci-fi author of the novel Sladké sny, and she is currently finishing her second book in the same genre.
Vladimír Zikmund

Creative Director
Zaraguza
Vladimír is the Creative Director at the agency Zaraguza. He has worked on campaigns for brands such as Vodafone, Pilsner Urquell, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Porsche, and People in Need. He considers his greatest achievement to be a commercial that aired in over 180 countries during the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He’s a fan of techno music, fashion, and collects contemporary art by emerging young artists.
