What if your design system could grow with your needs instead of outgrowing your team? This talk explores how to build systems that start small yet scale across brands, products, and teams. Using practical examples from tools like Figma, Jira, and VS Code, we’ll look at component logic, variable inheritance, cross-repository governance, and shared ownership models. You’ll walk away with strategies to connect design and code, strengthen collaboration between disciplines, and build systems that evolve, not explode as your organisation grows.
