Monika has been in the world of email for over five years and has spent close to a decade working in education since she graduated from the Andragogy department at UPOL. She currently works as a product specialist and process manager for one of the leading email applications in the Czech Republic. During her time there, Monika has run over 100 hours of training, including webinars, full day-training sessions, and workshops at ecommerce events. She believes that an ethical approach, quality care of the database and respect for inactive contacts to be the fundamental values of successful emailing.
